This past Saturday, May 4th, Blanco Wilczynski PLLC’s Founding Partner, Orlando L. Blanco, participated in a Keynote Session panel discussion on the operational and legal implications of the criminal convictions of two paramedics in Colorado’s Elijah McClain case.

Mr. Blanco discussed the “Criminalization of Negligence.” He was joined by national EMS consultant, Matt Zavadsky, who addressed the EMS system implications of the verdict, and Paul Hood, Chief Operating Officer for Emergent Health Partners, who addressed the operational implications of the McClain case for EMS providers.
